Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a qualified support engineer to investigate and triage job failures, perform data reprocessing, and work with product and client teams to drive timely resolutions. You will use SQL, logs, and monitoring tools to verify outcomes and maintain audit trails.

The role requires a CS/IT degree and 3-4 years of production support experience, with hands-on familiarity with HealthEdge, Facets, and QNXT, plus SQL and Dynatrace expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3-4 years of application or production support experience.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare platforms (HealthEdge, Facets, QNXT) and EDI X12 formats.
• Strong SQL skills, familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, and solid understanding of incident management.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and triage job failures, fallouts, and reprocessing requests using logs, SQL queries, and monitoring tools.
• Execute data correction and reprocessing, validate outcomes, and maintain reconciliation logs and audit trails.
• Partner with L3, product, and client teams to drive resolution and improve operational processes.
