You will own requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, and provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and pipeline development to address current and future workforce needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor market and talent landscape.
• Ability to assess technical qualifications and overall candidate fit.
• Experience working with sourcing teams and coordinators.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using data-informed strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific standards.
• Partner with sourcing and marketing teams to attract niche talent.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
