Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management at a technology company.
• Track record delivering complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Depth to engage with engineers on system design, APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize and adjust quickly.
• Data-driven approach: define success metrics up front and measure against them.

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs from scoping to launch and follow-up.
• Lead high-impact programs end to end with minimal oversight; own the outcome.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners to create clear plans, milestones, and owners.
