Job summary

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive end-to-end execution of complex programs across engineering, product, and operations teams. You will manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and executive updates to ensure on-time delivery of high-impact initiatives.

The role requires strong agile delivery and stakeholder engagement in fast-paced environments, with a focus on knowledge transfer and process transformation. Remote work within the U.S. is supported for a 12-month term.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management in large-scale environments.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and risk management.
• Experience delivering technology or business application solutions across multi-platform systems.
• Experience facilitating agile methodologies and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and execution plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Drive program-level planning, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and release gates.
• Manage cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
• Track and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate business priorities into actionable technical requirements, delivery plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Own program reporting, including executive-level updates on status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate delivery across enterprise platforms including AI/automation tools, CRM systems, and knowledge management systems.
• Drive change management initiatives, including business-to-team mapping and process transformation.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational continuity across programs.
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
