Job summary

itD is hiring a Technical Product Operations Specialist IV to drive program execution, data-driven decision making, and technical process improvements across multiple products. The role emphasizes SQL analytics, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable operational outcomes.

The candidate will manage multiple workstreams, build dashboards, and work with product, engineering, and legal teams.

Qualifications

8+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management.
Advanced SQL proficiency (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations).
Experience using AI agents/AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, incl. complex formulas and automation.
Experience managing multiple workstreams independently.

Responsibilities

Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms.
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to analyze product data.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Leverage AI agents to accelerate data analysis and automate processes.
Identify and mitigate program risks using data-driven approaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver objectives.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong organization and communication.
