Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Engagement Manager II to lead one or more IT projects for clients from Dallas, TX. You will own customer expectations, ensure delivery assurance for application services, and drive outcomes across complex engagements.

This is a permanent, fully remote position with TEKsystems Global Services. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management, 4+ years of technical PM experience, and certifications like PMP or Scrum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• 13+ years of information technology and professional services experience at a consulting services technology provider.
• At least 10+ years of project management experience, of which at least 4+ years were performed as a technical project manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more projects or programs ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Own customer expectations and drive business outcomes and contract compliance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and health checks with clients and internal teams.
