Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually.
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing technical projects in software, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Experience navigating enterprise client expectations.
- Comfort discussing cloud infrastructure, web hosting, Linux, and containers.
- Strong written and verbal communication with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own partner communications and coordination with strategic partners.
- Translate customer requests into clear, prioritized tasks for teams.
- Drive operational visibility by tracking project milestones and risks.
- Unblock engineering teams by managing routine stakeholder communications.
- Evolve internal project workflows to suit team needs and flexibility.
