Job summary

GuidePoint Security, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Cyber Security Project Manager to support a federal professional services contract. You will lead cyber security engineering teams, manage scope, cost, and milestones, and coordinate across multiple regional partners to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Ideal candidates have active TS/SCI w/ FSP clearance, 7+ years in project management, 5+ years leading security-focused teams, and PMP plus Security+ credentials.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/FSP clearance is required.
• 7+ years direct Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing a technical cyber security/operations team.
• 5+ years of experience managing a program with 10+ people.
• 5+ years in public sector/DOD/IC contract management.
• BS degree in Computer Science/Cybersecurity or related field.
• PMI PMP Certification required.
• Security+ Certification required.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cyber security engineers delivering projects using PM methodologies.
• Design and implement global technologies and services to meet federal needs.
• Coordinate business requirements across regional partners and document system configurations.
• Direct rollout of new functionality to multiple agencies with SOPs and training materials.
• Develop measures and KPIs; manage budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain contract and project plans; ensure timely delivery.
• Develop team capabilities and pursue extended opportunities beyond initial scope.
• Communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and executives.
