Job summary

Savara is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead TA across the company and hands-on recruit from intake to onboarding. This remote US role requires collaboration with executives, optimization of processes, and ongoing system management to scale a growing multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience coordinating internal recruitment with external partners.
• Demonstrated commitment to candidate experience and respectful processes.
• Advanced technology skills including ATS and scheduling tools.
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruiting for all vacancies company-wide, partnering with managers and executives.
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines across clinical, scientific, commercial, and corporate roles.
• Engage external recruiters/agencies for surge or specialized searches with clear quality standards.
• Design a transparent, respectful candidate and hiring-manager experience across all stages.
• Administer recruiting systems and tools to support a smooth, organized process.
• Develop interview guides, scorecards, and compliant offer workflows as the company grows.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs to strengthen employer brand online and in messaging.
• Manage requisition approvals and headcount tracking with the CPO.
