Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Junior OT/ICS Lab Engineer to design, build, test, and validate realistic OT lab environments.

You will work with senior engineers to test detection and response capabilities, validate platform performance, and support threat research activities in a remote-first team spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. You will gain exposure to OT protocols, devices, and operational scenarios, while contributing to lab infrastructure reliability and documentation

Qualifications

• Strong networking foundation including OSI, TCP/IP, subnets, routing, firewalls, protocols.
• Hands-on experience in lab environments; familiar with virtualization or containerization.
• Basic IT infrastructure and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain OT lab environments simulating real scenarios.
• Set up and manage PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and networked devices.
• Deploy sensors and monitoring to capture OT traffic and telemetry.
• Document lab configurations and procedures.
• Execute test plans to validate Dragos platform against OT threats.
• Support research and product development with data collection.
