Job summary

Adapt is building the company-wide agent platform, enabling agents to run code securely across distributed systems. You will own sandbox orchestration, storage, and reliability, delivering customer-focused infrastructure improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers and engineers to solve complex problems, with equity and frontier AI access as part of the package. Candidates may work from our Presidio office or remotely for the right fit.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience with infrastructure ownership
• Experience operating multi-tenant compute systems
• Fluent in Rust or Go with TypeScript or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Build and scale secure, multi-tenant sandbox orchestration and distributed storage
• Improve reliability, performance, and cost of customer workloads
• Own deployments, observability, runbooks, and on-call support for the systems you ship
• Work directly with customers and engineers to solve problems across infrastructure and product
• Make clear architecture decisions and ship in small increments
