Digacore is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / Solutions Architect (Remote) to lead high‑level design and client escalations for cloud-first environments. You’ll architect end‑to‑end solutions in Azure, manage security posture, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with sales and PMs.

You have 5+ years in MSP or high‑volume IT, strong Windows Server, M365, Azure, networking, and scripting skills, plus a builder mindset for scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP or high-volume IT support.
• Windows Server, AD, DNS.
• Microsoft 365 administration and security.
• Azure infrastructure and virtual networks (AZ-104+).
• VMware, Hyper-V, AVD virtualization.
• Networking: VPNs, firewalls, switching.
• Scripting in PowerShell.
• ConnectWise familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessments translating business needs into secure, scalable designs.
• Design and implement Azure, M365, and Intune/Endpoint deployments, including Autopilot and policies.
• Redesign and optimize networks including firewalls, switching, routing for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot Level 3+ escalations with deep-dive root-cause analysis.
• Create detailed SOWs and scopes with timelines and tech requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with sales, PMs, and clients.
