Job summary

Ariel Partners is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to ensure stable operation of computer systems and network connections in a fully remote US role. The position involves planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network software and communication links across locations, while resolving user issues and supporting operational systems.

Required experience includes at least 7 years in Information Processing, with 6+ years in multiple disciplines and at least 4 years

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance required.
IAT I information assurance level requirement.
DoD 8570.01-M baseline certification required for privileged access.
At least 7 years in Information Processing with 6+ years across disciplines.
At least 4 years hands-on with installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving software issues.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize network software and communication links.
Analyze and resolve end-user software and connectivity issues; provide training.
Provide maintenance for operational systems at multiple locations, local and remote.
Perform general maintenance, upgrades, and new installations of servers and applications.
Apply advanced application networking knowledge, including load balancing and fault tolerance.
Perform vulnerability management to support secure operations.
Recommend technology direction aligned with business goals.
