Job summary

fusionSpan is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to own the health, security, and connectivity of our platforms. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of cloud infra, enterprise SaaS administration, and software integration.

You will support colleagues in Poland and the United States, with work spanning multi-week infrastructure projects and same-day access requests. Strong scripting, IAM, and security fundamentals are essential for success in this remote role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems administration, IT operations, DevOps, or enterprise app administration.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in a related technical field.
• Hands-on admin experience with at least one major cloud platform, AWS preferred.
• Hands-on admin experience of enterprise SaaS apps including identity and integration configuration.

Responsibilities

• Administer business-critical SaaS apps such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, BambooHR, QuickBooks, Cloudflare, Granola, Claude, and Iru MDM.
• Own identity and access management across the SaaS estate: provisioning, SSO, and access reviews.
• Run onboarding and offboarding from systems side; ensure day-one readiness and clean deprovisioning.
• Manage device enrollment, policy, and compliance via MDM.
• Handle licensing, vendor configuration, and application lifecycle including release testing and rollout.
• Resolve SaaS-related tickets and escalate to vendors when needed.
