Job summary

Fusion Innovation is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator to support critical web infrastructure and production systems. You will administer Linux servers, maintain secure AWS environments, support web apps, and troubleshoot across infrastructure and applications.

The ideal candidate has strong Linux and AWS experience, understands secure production operations, and can work with databases, OO code, and front-end web technologies. This is a full-time role in a US-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain Linux-based servers and systems.

• Perform operating system patching, upgrades, configuration management, and system hardening.

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, production-grade AWS environments.

• Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, and security.

• Troubleshoot server, application, database, network, and cloud infrastructure issues.

• Implement and maintain system security controls and configuration standards.

• Support deployment and operation of web applications and related infrastructure.

• Develop, review, or modify application code using object-oriented programming languages.

• Support PHP-based applications and services.
