Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals in the United States is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Drug Supply Manager to lead global study supply forecasting, planning, and execution across multiple programs, ensuring uninterrupted GMP-compliant drug availability at sites.

You'll oversee IP management, packaging, labeling, IRT/IWRS, CTMS, and vendor collaboration, while ensuring compliance with GCP, GMP, GDP and regulatory standards, and mentoring clinical supply professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• 8+ years in pharma/biopharma clinical trial supply or related areas.
• Experience supporting global trials across multiple phases.
• Experience with IRT/IWRS, CTMS, and clinical trial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and study supply plans.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, IP distribution to sites and depots.
• Collaborate with CROs, depots, and cross‑functional teams to align supply with study timelines.
• Manage global shipments, inventory, expiry management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support QA, CAPA, inspections and regulatory filings with supply documentation.
