Responsibilities

Manage complex auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation to resolution.
Investigate liability and damages; develop recovery strategies.
Lead negotiations with carriers, attorneys, and third parties for favorable recoveries.
Provide legal counsel to claims partners and business stakeholders on litigation strategy.
Prepare and present witnesses; conduct depositions and hearings as needed.
Monitor developments in laws and case law affecting subrogation recoveries.
