Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across banking solutions, from planning through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

You will coordinate with product, engineering, and client teams to implement upgrades and new processes that impact the whole company. Candidates should have at least six years of project management experience in financial services or banks, strong scheduling skills (MS Project preferred),

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of project management or financial institution experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages the development and implementation of new or upgraded products and/or corporate processes.
• Manages operational readiness and client testing to ready products for market.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and budget oversight.
• Organizes cross-functional activities to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Provides mentoring and support to other project managers.
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills and meets deadlines.
• Able to assist/coach less experienced peers.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
