Job summary

Centene Corp. is hiring a Senior Payment Integrity Specialist – Strategic Initiatives to lead business cases and drive cross-functional initiatives. You will support strategic planning, ensure alignment with the operating plan and guide large-scale projects from conception to execution.

You’ll utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project to analyze data, coordinate teams and communicate impact. A PMP certification is required, with a Masters preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 6+ years of project management experience required.
• Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred.
• PMI PMP certification required; additional process quality cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads business case development for initiatives to assess ROI, risks and opportunities.
• Supports strategic planning and prioritization within the operating plan.
• Drives end-to-end policy and process integrity for initiatives.
• Organizes work streams, builds consensus and mentors teams.
• Performs data analysis and uses project management tools to track progress.
