Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead cross-functional initiatives, develop business cases, and support the strategic planning process across Payment Integrity, Claims, technology teams, and external vendors.

This role drives process improvements from CRP to Claims, manages complex exceptions, and analyzes data and workflows to ensure initiatives meet business objectives and ROI; requires a Bachelor's, 6+ years of project leadership. Pay range provided below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 6+ years managing projects.
• Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Payment Integrity, Claims, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Drive implementation and optimization of CRP-to-Claims processes and ensure recovery activity is integrated into claims operations.
• Manage complex exceptions, reconciliations, defects, and escalations with stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Leads business case development for proposed initiatives to assess opportunities, risks and ROI.
