Centene Corporation is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Payment Integrity platforms, including PISCES and Appeals/PI Automation. You will drive initiatives from discovery through planning and delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet strategic priorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years in related work, plus experience in Agile/SAFe delivery and applying AI tools to product work.

• Healthcare payer or claims domain experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery and applying AI to product work.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Payment Integrity platforms including PISCES pre-pay claim editing.
• Translate priorities into execution plans, manage BRDs and backlogs in Jira.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Architecture, PM, and vendors to define scope and success measures.
• Drive PI Planning, prioritization, and delivery with risk and trade-off communication to leadership.
• Measure value realization, including savings, edit accuracy, automation rates, and ROI.
• Apply AI tools across discovery, requirements, documentation, and analysis with human-in-the-loop controls.
