Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Senior Stock Plan Administrator based in the United States to lead day-to-day administration and the evolution of a global equity compensation program in a remote-first technology environment. You’ll oversee stock options and RSUs, while helping plan ESPPs, and you’ll design processes, ensure compliance, educate employees, and drive strategic program development.

Qualifications

• Senior Stock Plan Administrator with experience in equity compensation programs.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of global equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs).
• Assist in planning future programs such as ESPP.
• Design processes, ensure compliance, educate employees, and drive program development.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, executives, vendors and international stakeholders.
• Build scalable infrastructure and controls to support growth and complexity.
