Job summary

Natera is seeking a Manager of Statistical Programming for a Remote USA role. You will lead programming deliverables (ADS/TLF), drive regulatory submissions, and mentor a team while contributing hands-on in R.

You will maintain programming infrastructure, develop R packages, and create dashboards to support data review and study monitoring in a fast-paced oncology diagnostics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, including clinical trial analysis.
• At least 3 years of R programming experience, including package development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee statistical programming deliverables (ADS, TLF) with data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• May manage a team of statistical programmers and contribute hands-on to programming work.
• Lead programming for regulatory submissions (e.g., 510(k), CTA/CDx, PMA) ensuring global standards.
