Job summary

Natera is seeking a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead the statistical programming deliverables for oncology trials, with strong R programming and clinical trials background. You’ll contribute to analyses for regulatory submissions and help maintain a controlled programming environment.

You will oversee ADS and TLF development, build R packages and Shiny dashboards for data review and monitoring, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive best practices in statistical programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in clinical trial analysis.
• At least 3 years of R programming experience, including package development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee statistical programming deliverables, including ADS and TLF, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• May manage a team of statistical programmers and contribute hands-on to programming work.
• Act as primary programming lead for regulatory submissions (510(k), CTA/CDx, PMA).
• Maintain programming infrastructure, including R package development, validation, and maintenance.
• Develop R Shiny dashboards to support data review and study monitoring.
• Promote statistical programming development and validation best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with Biostats, Data Management, Clinical Science and other functions.
