Natera is seeking a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead ADS and TLF, oversee regulatory submissions, and build R packages and Shiny dashboards in support of oncology diagnostics.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on programming in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, offering growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and the chance to influence data-driven decisions across multiple trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, with at least 3 years in clinical trial analysis.
• At least 3 years of R programming experience, including package development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee statistical programming deliverables, including ADS and TLF, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• May manage a team of statistical programmers and contribute hands-on to programming work.
• Lead regulatory submissions (e.g., 510(k), CTA/CDx, PMA) and maintain rigorous global standards.
• Develop R packages and Shiny dashboards to support data review and study monitoring.
• Promote best practices in statistical programming development and validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Biostats, Data Management, and Clinical Science.
