Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager in Product Security. The role leads end-to-end security programs, translating strategy into workstreams and sequencing across engineering teams.

You will drive secure-by-default initiatives, tooling rollouts, and remediation campaigns from intake to closure. The ideal candidate combines 12+ years in technical program management with 3+ years in security, and possesses hands-on software development experience to challenge estimates

Qualifications

12 years of technical program or project management, with 3+ in security, product security, or a closely adjacent domain.
Hands-on software development background or time embedded with engineering teams.
Ability to translate ambiguous goals into sequenced, resourced delivery plans.
Experience in a large-scale product engineering organization shipping continuously with complex dependencies.
Ability to drive delivery through teams that do not report to the role.

Responsibilities

Strategy to workstream translation with defined owners, dependencies, milestones, and a defensible sequence.
Technical program delivery including secure-by-default initiatives and remediation campaigns.
Cross-team dependency and release coordination with gates and sequencing.
Engineering-facing delivery escalation and resolution with recommended options.
