Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven cross-org impact and the ability to influence multiple teams.
• Strong judgment on designs, trade-offs, and reliability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-org technical impact with lasting systems and measurable metrics.
• Set technical direction across org boundaries via RFCs and reviews.
• Identify systemic risks and opportunities by maintaining business context.
• Build patterns and frameworks adopted across teams to accelerate delivery.
• Coach and grow engineers through mentorship and internal initiatives.
