Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience with enterprise scale impact.
• Certified Product Owner or Scrum Master is a plus; strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/LLM tooling and integration to automate pipelines and triage workflows.
• Architect end-to-end test orchestration, CI/CD, and scalable lab infrastructure.
• Serve as Product Owner/Scrum Master for cross-functional DevOps and Test Platform teams.
• Drive modernization with minimal downtime during migrations and upgrades.
• Represent tech strategy in governance councils and roadmaps for executives.
• Mentor future leaders across global teams onshore and offshore.
