Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience
• Experience leading large DevOps, Release Engineering, and Test Platform teams
• Proven ability to translate efficiency goals into high-impact user stories and manage technical debt
• Strong Python, scripting, and AI/ML tooling experience

Responsibilities

• Prototype, build, and deploy AI/LLM-driven applications to automate pipeline triaging and developer workflows
• Architect, build, and scale end-to-end test orchestration frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Act as Product Owner/Scrum Master for cross-functional teams and manage technical debt
• Lead complex infrastructure modernizations with minimal downtime
