Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer, Software to lead the evolution of our test infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and developer platforms.

You will blend hands-on architecture with Agile leadership, driving GenAI integration into engineering pipelines and reducing technical debt while scaling global infrastructure. You will prototype and deploy AI/LLM-driven tools to automate triaging and workflows, architect end-to-end test orchestration, and mentor engineers across sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in CS/CE or equivalent.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in a major enterprise.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with executive-level presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, build, and deploy AI/LLM-driven applications to automate pipeline triaging.
• Architect, build, and scale end-to-end test orchestration frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as Product Owner/Scrum Master for cross-functional DevOps, Release Engineering, and Test Platform teams.
• Lead complex infrastructure modernization with minimal downtime.
• Represent the organization on enterprise technical councils to drive governance and roadmaps.
• Mentor and cultivate future technical leaders across onshore and offshore sites.
