Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is building a world-class Procurement organization to support our continued growth across aviation sectors. Reporting to the VP of Procurement, the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing will lead a team responsible for global sourcing strategy, execution, and the development of scalable processes that enable Procurement to scale.

This leader will own SaaS category management, drive cost savings, and engage at the negotiating table with strategic suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement with global scope.
• Experience leading a team of sourcing professionals.
• Experience managing SaaS/software contracts, renewal strategy and lifecycle management.
• Experience designing scalable sourcing processes, policies, and playbooks.
• Proven cross-functional partnership with Legal and Privacy/InfoSec.
• Strong executive presence and supplier relationship leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of sourcing professionals.
• Own strategy for all purchasing categories globally.
• Negotiate high-value supplier contracts at executive level.
• Partner with Legal and Privacy/InfoSec during contracting and reviews.
• Create sourcing policies, playbooks, and negotiation frameworks.
• Define category management framework and KPIs/dashboards.
• Own SaaS intake and renewal calendar/end-to-end governance.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance on software asset management.
