Job summary

Aerospacelab is seeking an experienced procurement professional to drive end-to-end supplier engagement for flight hardware and subsystems. You will translate engineering requirements into procurement documents, lead RFI/RFP processes, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Export Control, and Legal to ensure compliant tender packages.

You will own supplier selection, conduct capability assessments, audits, and develop dual-source strategies, while managing contracts and POs in the ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in sourcing, technical buying or procurement in an industrial setting.
• Hands-on experience managing RFI/RFP processes and supplier selection.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive cost/lead-time reductions.
• Experience managing purchasing portfolios end-to-end: sourcing through delivery.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Autonomous with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFI/RFP management for key equipment and contracts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Export Control, and Legal for compliant tender packages.
• Lead supplier capability assessments and audits to support qualification decisions.
• Draft and review procurement contracts and framework agreements with Legal.
• Place POs in the ERP (Odoo) and manage delivery follow-up.
• Own procurement portfolio across flight hardware and subsystems.
