Cloudera Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical sales process from first meetings to post-sale success. You will craft solutions with Cloudera technologies and demonstrate value to federal civilian agencies, aligning with mission needs.

You will present product roadmaps and collaborate with account managers, ensuring a single Cloudera voice. This role requires strong communication, a passion for data, and the ability to drive customer outcomes

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a pre-sales context.
• Ability to create and give technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Experience with Big Data, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, ML Ops, Security and Data Governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales process from introductory meetings through post-sales activities.
• Support the technical needs of customers including discovering new use cases for Cloudera technology.
• Design solutions for customers using Cloudera technologies based on reference architectures.
