Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Private Equity & M&A to act as a trusted advisor to private equity sponsors, operating partners, investment teams, and portfolio company leadership. This role focuses on technology due diligence, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives across a national portfolio.

The position allows remote work with standard business hours and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements from discovery through solution development and transition to delivery.
• Facilitate discussions with private equity firms, operating partners, investment teams, portfolio company executives, and technology leaders.
• Develop technology strategies aligned to client growth objectives and investment goals.
• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, executive presentations, RFP responses, and finalist presentations.
• Represent DYOPATH's Private Equity & M&A Practice within the marketplace.
