Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Experience designing for regulated financial services environments and compliance requirements.
• Expertise with Azure Government and cloud-native architectures including APIs, microservices, containers, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application platforms such as .NET or Java and modern integration architectures.
• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53 controls, secure SDLC, IAM, and cloud security frameworks.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and driving scalability, resiliency, observability, and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native, highly available, secure architectures for financial services platforms and client integrations.
• Define enterprise architecture standards for APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, data management, and security controls.
• Partner with cybersecurity and DevSecOps to align solutions with FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53, Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, audit logging, and monitoring.
• Review and govern solution designs for scalability, resiliency, performance, and production readiness.
• Lead architecture modernization efforts and provide guidance on technical strategy and risk management.
