Job summary

A leading cloud technology provider is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive the successful implementation of solutions in enterprise environments. This customer-facing role focuses on guiding clients through projects, providing technical support, and collaborating with various teams. Key qualifications include expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, proficiency in Windows management, and relevant certifications. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $170,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and remote work flexibility available.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of modern enterprise environments, including hybrid and public cloud deployments.
• Experience working with Entra cloud services and managing desktop environments.
• Proficiency with Windows Server/Desktop and scripting in PowerShell.
• Familiarity with application packaging such as App‑V, MSIX, Application Layering, and others.
• Competence in networking fundamentals including proxies, HTTP protocols, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own enterprise POCs and Pilots from initial discovery through validation, handoff, and production readiness.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects and EUC teams, guiding solution design.
• Provide pre sales technical support, including solution design and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Support, and Product teams during pilots and onboarding.
