Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Retail, to guide enterprise customers in designing and deploying advanced AI for retail. This remote US-based role focuses on agentic and generative AI architectures, translating needs into reference designs, proofs of concept, and deployment guidance.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS/EE/AI or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in deep learning, ML, or distributed AI systems.
• Strong Python, C/C++, Linux programming and debugging skills.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow libraries.
• Hands-on experience building LLM/generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with LangGraph or LangChain frameworks.
• Ability to prototype AI apps and build scalable GPU-accelerated architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build complex agentic systems enabling multi-agent coordination and planning.
• Develop enterprise agents and high-performance retrieval pipelines from multiple data sources.
• Optimize inference performance using AI infrastructure and GPU frameworks.
• Create proofs of concept and reference architectures for generative AI pipelines.
• Collaborate with vendors to integrate AI software into platforms.
• Work with internal teams to incorporate real-world feedback into software.
• Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews for partner teams.
• Create reusable documentation to deploy agentic AI at scale.
