Job summary

Apex IT is seeking a Client Partner to manage executive-level client engagements, identify upsell opportunities, and lead project teams across delivery efforts. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Delivery and offers remote or on-site work with flexible travel to client locations.

The ideal candidate has extensive senior management experience, a background in IT consulting (Oracle/Salesforce), and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience.
• 25+ years of related industry experience required in a senior level / management position.
• Experience with Oracle or Salesforce
• PMP or AGILE certifications preferred
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.
• Identify and close upsell / cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts.
• Lead on many different projects to ensure cohesion between project teams.
• Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to the executive team.
• Maintain delivery standards and adherence to PMO methodologies.
