Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise solution architecture and delivery for revenue lifecycle and quote-to-cash initiatives. The role partners with business, technical, and implementation stakeholders to design scalable integrations, modernize legacy environments, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on design with cross-functional leadership in a software-driven environment, with deep experience in CRM/ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
5+ years in business transformation and revenue lifecycle processes.
Experience with end-to-end quote-to-cash implementations using Salesforce CRM, JavaScript, and .NET (C#).
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management and CPQ assessments.
Proficient in designing scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver customized applications using the company's products and platform.
Lead end-to-end quote-to-cash implementations and enhancements.
Conduct assessments for legacy systems and ensure seamless CRM/ERP integrations.
Design technical architecture for custom development and API-driven integrations.
Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations for data exchange and workflow automation.
Manage project delivery using Jira and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
Perform code reviews to enforce best practices and ensure compliance with platform standards.
