Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior IT Principal Solution Architect to lead complete solution design and strategy for high-priority government pursuits. You will own technical volume, align with cost and past performance, and guide cross-functional teams through shaping opportunities from pre-RFP to delivery.

This remote role requires deep federal/state proposal experience, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical IT experience incl. estimation and bid development.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with US state and federal proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and strategy for large, complex government pursuits.
• Own technical volume development and integration with cost and past performance sections.
• Collaborate with capture managers, BD, and executives to shape opportunities pre-RFP.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate solution reviews with SMEs.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements and transition plans.
