Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior IT Principal Solution Architect to own complete solution design and strategy for high-priority government pursuits. This remote role requires driving technical innovation, cross-functional integration, and alignment with US State and Federal proposal processes to win complex opportunities.

Responsibilities include leading solution reviews, shaping opportunities pre-RFP, and ensuring operational feasibility throughout transition to delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
12+ years of technical IT experience including estimation and bid development.
Experience with US State and Federal proposal processes.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design and strategy for large, complex government pursuits.
Own technical volume development and ensure differentiation and cohesive integration with cost, management, and past performance.
Collaborate with capture managers and business development to shape opportunities pre-RFP.
Lead solution reviews with executives and SMEs and coordinate across departments.
Develop transition plans addressing operational readiness and knowledge transfer.
