You will work with capture managers, executives, and SMEs to shape opportunities from pre-RFP through delivery, including compliance and estimation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant professional IT experience.
• Deep experience with government sector capture, proposal processes, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead solution architecture for large, complex pursuits and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and strategy for large government pursuits.
• Oversee technical win themes, discriminators, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities pre-RFP and ensure cohesive integration with cost and past performance.
