Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior IT Principal Solution Architect to lead large government-focused pursuits, shape strategies, and drive solution architecture across cross-functional teams. This remote role emphasizes engagement with customers, proposal processes, and operating with compliance and cost considerations.

You will own technical win themes, collaborate with capture and BD teams, and mentor technical staff while aligning solutions with government needs and Maximus growth pillars.

Qualifications

12+ years of technical IT experience with estimation and bid development.
Experience with US State and Federal proposal processes.
Strong leadership and communication to senior management.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across large programs.
Knowledge of security, monitoring, and SLA standards.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design and strategy for large government pursuits.
Own technical volume integration with cost, management, and past performance.
Collaborate with capture managers and business development pre-RFP.
Facilitate solution reviews with executives and SMEs.
Provide guidance to technical staff and bridge between technical teams and stakeholders.
