Job summary

Capsa Healthcare is seeking a Senior Software Solutions Architect to steward the Axona pharmacy fulfillment ecosystem. You will align backend services with frontend architectures, design event-driven patterns, and validate decisions through code and prototypes.

This remote role requires 30%–40% travel and reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture. You will influence deployment strategies and modernization priorities across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 14+ years of software engineering experience.
• 6+ years in an architect or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Ownership of a production platform spanning backend services and frontend/UI.

Responsibilities

• Define service boundaries, integration patterns, API contracts, and deployment strategies.
• Lead modernization priorities while validating decisions through code and prototypes.
• Ensure end-to-end platform components work together as a unified solution.
