Qualifications

• 8+ years in large-scale software development, 3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Java with Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful APIs; 5+ years cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, distributed systems, concurrency, and parallelism.
• 2+ years hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and cloud-native patterns.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions balancing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead architectural decisions across teams, defining design patterns and standards.
• Develop roadmaps and deployment strategies, including rollback plans.
• Define integration strategies across platforms and third-party systems.
• Establish engineering quality standards and review frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and maintain architecture documentation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to translate business goals into roadmaps.
• Lead production incident response and root-cause analysis.
