Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer, data scientist or ML engineer.
• Production quality data processing tooling track record.
• Proficiency in ML fundamentals and both traditional and deep learning.
• Strong Python skills with array packages (NumPy, xarray).
• Deep experience with measured scientific data and MLops.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain foundational scientific computing libraries.
• Build tooling for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists and geoscientists to model mineral exploration targets.
• Demonstrate robust, testable, and scalable code; improve repeatability and discovery.
