Job summary

Pindrop is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based APIs using Go and Python. You’ll work across AWS and GCP services, including Kinesis, DynamoDB, and S3, to deliver production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of software development experience.
• Experience designing and implementing highly scalable cloud-based APIs.
• Proficiency in Python and Go.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and multi-container deployments (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with AWS services (Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3) and GCP products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor high-performance services and APIs.
• Develop applications in Golang and Python on a cloud-focused platform.
• Develop and maintain services using AWS (Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3) and GCP.
• Deliver production-ready code from start to finish.
• Review code for quality, performance, scale, and security.
• Collaborate across software engineers, test engineers, researchers, and product managers.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations including night/weekend work.
