• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Design, deploy, and support cloud-native applications.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to influence technical decisions without direct managerial authority.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production systems and customer-facing applications.
• Mentoring software engineers and promoting engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-scale software applications and services.
• Lead complex technical initiatives spanning multiple systems, services, and engineering teams.
• Ensure software solutions meet high standards for quality, security, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance.
• Drive modern practices including CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, observability, and cloud-native architectures.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Security, Quality Engineering, and Operations.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with root-cause analysis and preventative improvements.
• Identify risks and communicate technical challenges to stakeholders.
