Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer contractor to create reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks and evaluate AI agents using MCP tools. You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for bug fixing, feature implementation, refactoring, and performance optimization.

Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript, plus knowledge of algorithms, debugging, and performance tuning, is required.
