Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a remote, contractor position (~15 hours/week) to support an AI training project. You will design reinforcement learning environments using MCP tools, with deterministic verification and reference solutions for bug fixing, feature implementation, refactoring, and performance optimization.

Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript, plus solid CS fundamentals and debugging experience, are essential.
